IstayinToledo cancellation policy:
If the reservation will be cancelled or modified up to 4 days before the date of the arrival, no fee will be charged.
If the reservation will be cancelled or modified less than 3 days before the date of the arrival, or in case of no-show, it will be charged the 100% of the reservation.

HOTEL CHECK-IN ID REQUIREMENT IN ITALY
By Italian Law in accordance with the entry into force of the Legislative Decree of 23/05/2011, n° 79, and the Ministry of the Interior newsletter n° 400/A/2012/23.1.3 of 05/03/2012, every person, including minors, is required to show an identity document with a photo (ID card or Passport) in order to be registered in Hotel.
When checking into a hotel in Italy, no person may present the identification of another guest, not even parents, guardian, or persons legally responsible for another person.
Minors not accompanied by their parents in addition to ID Card or Passport, must present a written statement of consent from their parents (or guardian) listing the dates of the stay, and a photocopy of the parents’ (or guardian’s) ID document.
